Nurun Reports Continued Growth in Q3 2007
Continuing its steady growth of the past four years, Nurun recorded revenues of $19.1 million in the third quarter of 2007, an increase of $1.9 million or 10.9% from $17.2 million in the same period of 2006. The revenue increase was essentially due to internal growth. An 11.2% rise in Canadian revenues was driven by the recruitment of new customers and increased volume from existing customers. Revenues from Europe and Asia grew by 24.1% during the quarter and accounted for 38.1% of sales. The U.S. was the only market in which projected growth levels were not achieved. Year-to-date revenues were up $8.0 million or 14.9% to $61.9 million, compared with $53.9 million in the same period of 2006. In absolute value, Nurun's operating income was stable at $1.4 million in the third quarter of 2007, compared with the same quarter of 2006.
